Every Ekohum piece is checked, pressed and packed by hand in Jaipur before it makes its way to you.

Delivery timeline

We want you to look your best as soon as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days, and we always try our best to get your outfit to you sooner.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Yes — we work with affiliate courier partners with vast coverage across India.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally.

How can I track the status of my order?

We keep you updated on your order status throughout, and you can also track it any time from our website.

What if I'm not present at the time of delivery?

Don't worry — our delivery team will get in touch with you to deliver the product at a time that's convenient for you.

Do you offer express delivery? What are the charges?

We understand the need for last-minute shopping! If you need your outfit urgently, get in touch and we'll try our best to deliver at the earliest. Express delivery charges are extra.

Do I need to ship the product myself in case of a return?

For size exchanges, the return cost is borne by us. In special situations where we can't arrange a pickup, please ship to our address and we'll reimburse you — be sure to save the shipping receipt. For a different-product exchange or a refund, you'll courier the product back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange a pickup for a flat fee of ₹300.

What if my product is lost during transit?

Our courier partners take the utmost care in delivering your order safely. In the rare event your product is lost during transit, we'll fulfil your order again with a new shipment.

Customs duties or import taxes on international orders, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.
