At Ekohum, operated by Aravalli Designs Private Limited, we value your satisfaction above all. While we strive to ensure every outfit is of impeccable quality, we understand some situations may call for a return or exchange. Here's everything you need to know.

Returns policy

Eligibility for returns

We accept returns only in the unlikely case of receiving a damaged product. Our rigorous quality checks and reliable courier partners make such incidents extremely rare — but should you receive a damaged product, we'll happily take it back.

Damaged or defective product

If you receive a damaged product, please share the following three images within 5 days of delivery, via WhatsApp or email:

  • Full image of the product along with the package and courier slip.
  • Full image of the product alone.
  • Close-up image clearly showing the defect.

The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Non-damage / non-defect returns

  • A flat shipping deduction of ₹300 applies if we arrange the pickup.
  • Refunds for such returns are issued as store credit only, usable on future purchases — no monetary refunds are made.

When returns are not accepted

  • Used or washed outfits.
  • Original packaging, tags or labels are missing.
  • Customised outfits.
  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery.
  • Slight colour or design variations due to photographic lighting or screen settings.
  • Products that have already been exchanged once — these are not eligible for return or further exchange.

Refunds for returns

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible returns (excluding Cash on Delivery orders).
  • Eligible refunds are credited within 10–15 working days after processing.
  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds; only size exchanges are allowed.

International orders

  • All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • International orders are not eligible for size exchanges.

Exchange policy

Eligibility for exchange

  • Size mismatch: if you ordered the wrong size, we'll help you find the correct fit.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Process for exchange

  • Size exchanges: the return cost is borne by us. If a pickup can't be arranged, please courier the product to our address and share the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
  • Different-product exchanges: you bear the return shipping cost, or we can arrange a pickup for a flat fee of ₹300.

When exchanges are not accepted

  • Used, washed or damaged outfits.
  • Original tags, labels or packaging are missing.

Outfits purchased on offers

Products purchased under discounts or offers are not eligible for returns, but size exchanges are always allowed.

Additional guidelines

Packaging

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Any tampering will result in the return or exchange being rejected.

Shipping & refunds

  • For size exchanges, product exchanges or returns, any shipping charges already paid are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 10–15 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

No refunds are provided for COD orders. However, you can exchange for the correct size.

Colour variations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for slight colour differences between the product and its online image, as such variations are common due to lighting or screen settings.

Customisation requests

Customisation is done only for prepaid orders.
