How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Guide and a Find My Size helper. You can also see our general measurement chart on the Size Guide page. When in doubt, message our stylist on WhatsApp.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days in India, and we always try to get them to you sooner. See the Shipping page for full details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Damaged items can be returned within 5 days of delivery, and size exchanges raised within 5 days, on unworn items with tags intact. Full steps are on the Exchange & Returns page.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, across most pin codes in India. Availability is confirmed for your address at checkout.
How should I care for my garment?
Most of our pieces are best dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed in cold water and dried in shade. Always follow the care label stitched into the garment.
Are colours accurate to the photos?
We photograph as true to life as possible, but slight variation can occur between screens and natural fabric dyes — part of the charm of hand-crafted clothing.
