How can I cancel the order?
Simple — you can cancel the order any time before it is shipped. Just call or message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it. If you paid online, your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
How can I cancel a return?
Changed your mind? Just call or message us on WhatsApp and we'll get it done for you.
Under what reasons will my cancellation be rejected?
Generally, we will try to accommodate all your cancellation requests. But if your outfit is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Can I cancel the order after the product has been shipped?
Oops — we're sorry. Once the outfit has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For COD orders, can I check the order before making payment?
Sorry, we're unable to offer this. Please pay our delivery partner first and then, if for any reason you are unhappy with the outfit, follow our Exchange & Returns policy.
